What we want

  • Original work that has not run elsewhere, including on a clinic blog.
  • Australian English, with Perth suburbs, WA public clinics or extras rules in the room.
  • At least 1,000 words, organised under descriptive headings.
  • A clear fit with one of our topic hubs.
  • Sources a reader can check: ADA, Services Australia, AHPRA, WA Health.

What we reject on sight

  • AI-shaped listicles with no local reporting.
  • Before-and-after galleries used as a sales funnel.
  • Attacks on named practitioners.
  • Undisclosed paid links, affiliate stacks or “best dentist” tables sold to clinics.

Links and sponsorship

Editorial links to public resources stay ordinary. Any paid placement, guest-post fee, or clinic ranking mention must be disclosed in the body and marked with rel="sponsored" on the anchor. Example of the attribute we require on a paid URL: sponsored placement example. That sample link is labelled so crawlers and readers can see the rule in action.

How to pitch

Send one paragraph on the idea, the hub it belongs in, your relevant experience, and whether any fee or clinic relationship sits behind the piece. Use the contact form and choose “Guest post pitch”. Do not attach a finished 4,000-word draft on first contact.

After acceptance

We edit for house style, add a staff introduction if needed, and place the piece in the relevant hub and the article index. You keep copyright; we need a perpetual licence to keep it live and in the RSS-less archive. We will not add extra outbound links after publication without a new conversation.
